Hi! I’m Jan, Creator of Postage Stamp Pendants.
Here you will find unique Fine Jewelry items that I create by hand using vintage postage stamps from around the world.
Each piece is unique because of the way I position and trim the stamp as I go through an 8 step process that brings the finished product to where it is ready to be worn. My jewelry is water resistant, but not water proof. They are fine for everyday wear, but please remove them when bathing or swimming, cliff diving, mermaid watching or sitting in the front row of a Shamu show.
Initially I made just pendants, but am expanding, due to popular demand, to create lapel pins that can be worn by both men and women using super strong magnets so you don’t have to put holes in your clothes!
I am experimenting with developing postage stamp key rings as well. Once I have achieved a durable process that I am satisfied will hold up to the extra wear and tear that our key chains go through, I will offer them here as well.
Because I am using original vintage postage stamps, most of the products you see listed for sale are available in very limited quantity – usually only a single one is produced. For that reason I strongly suggest that you check my site often for new products – and if you see something that you want BUY IT NOW! It might be gone when you come back! If you are looking for a particular subject or a specific country that you don’t see listed on our site, please contact me. I have literally thousands of different stamps that I would be glad to make into a custom item just for you! Looking for a gift for that “hard to buy for” person? How about a stamp from the year they were born, or the year they got married? Many of the stamps show the amount of the postage as well, like 50, 60, etc. for that special birthday!
